We may collect personal details such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and project information when you contact us or request a quotation.
Your information is used solely for communication, quotation, project management, and invoicing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us directly.
Payment terms are stated in each quotation or invoice.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the project, with the remaining balance payable before final deliverables are released.Standard payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., C.O.D. or extended terms).
All services and deliverables are defined in the approved quotation or proposal. Additional requests or modifications beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.
Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately, depending on the complexity of the request.
All cancellations must be made in writing, either via email or WhatsApp to the person in charge.If a project is canceled after work has begun, fees will apply based on the work completed to date.Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
By Two Creative retains ownership of all creative work until full payment is received.Upon full payment, the client gains the rights to use the final deliverables for non-exclusive commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing. Editable working files (e.g., AI, PSD) remain the property of By Two Creative unless agreed upon separately.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project information and materials, unless prior written consent is given.
Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Both parties agree to resolve matters amicably before pursuing legal action.
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other fails to comply with the stated terms. All work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
Final artwork files will be delivered only after full payment is received. Editable source files are not included unless specified and may incur additional costs.
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia.
These Terms, together with the approved quotation or invoice, represent the complete agreement between By Two Creative and the client.
